As an apprentice, you will learn every stage of the manufacturing process, from component production through to heat treatment, machining, surface treatments, and metrology. You will produce complex components, only possible through 3D printing, for major customers in aerospace, automotive, and electronics — including high-end sports cars, VR headsets, aerospace engines, rocket nozzles, and more.

Alongside production, you’ll also learn to maintain and calibrate key equipment, manage stock, and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) projects to support Alloyed’s evolving engineering needs.

You’ll gain broad experience across the manufacturing environment and develop key project management skills transferrable to any future career. You will be treated as a vital member of the Alloyed team.
