Creating processes and parameters to accurately produce complex geometry such as lattices
Something about taking designs/processes from first inception through to production
Strong technical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) (2:1 minimum)
Knowledge and understanding of metal AM (Additive Manufacturing) processes
Excellent problem-solving ability and capable of converting complex data into actions with practical solutions
Experience using CAD packages
Adaptable, organised, and able to prioritise multiple workstreams
Knowledge or experience of the aerospace, automotive and electronic industries
Willingness to get hands on with the manufacturing processes
Experience with computational modelling methods such as finite element analysis
Knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing methods
