Alloyed is a young venture-funded company of around 200 world-class metallurgists, mechanical engineers, technicians, and software developers. We operate across multiple sites in Oxfordshire, UK and one in Seattle, US to build the future of advanced metal components. Our innovative approach integrates proprietary software that combines advanced machine learning and physical modelling with extensive experimental facilities, enabling us to 3D print metal components more efficiently and effectively than anyone else.
Our facilities in Yarnton and Abingdon, near Oxford, are dedicated to establishing the world’s fastest, smartest, and best-equipped environment for the rapid development of additively manufactured parts and the creation of novel metal alloys for enhanced performance. We serve a variety of sectors including electronics, aerospace, and industrial by leveraging our cutting-edge technology to build businesses across diverse markets, each with unique requirements, timelines, customers, and cultures.
You will take ownership of recruitment activities across multiple roles, working closely with Hiring Managers and external recruitment agencies. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including handling candidate applications, coordinating shortlisting and selection, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely feedback through to offer stage.
You will also support the hiring of temporary staff during periods of high demand, prepare onboarding activities, deliver induction sessions, and provide regular recruitment updates and reporting to the wider team.

Alloyed operates across multiple sites in both Abingdon and Yarnton. You must be prepared to work flexibly across all sites according to business need.
This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Head of People.
