Meshworks is an orthopaedic implants company based in Oxford. The company uses additive manufacturing (3D- printing) to make titanium implants for patients. The implants are custom: each one is made specifically to fit an individual patient, all having a significant positive impact on patients’ lives.
Meshworks is looking for an administrative assistant to work in its Quality department. The assistant will maintain the Quality Management system, ensuring continued compliance with the Medical Quality Standard ISO13485. The QMS is constantly improving and you will be tasked to ensure that improvement is documented effectively.
Other aspects of the role include management of processes such as non-conformances, training, supplier approvals, data analysis, and auditing, ensuring accurate and on time record completion and filing.
We are continually improving our quality management system, with digital tools and quicker procedures whilst maintaining high quality standards. A person with a positive attitude to improvement and development will thrive in this role.
